We offer courses from basic to advance in agriculture production, value chain management, quality assurance,marketing and branding of fresh food and food ingredients. Advanced knowledge are taught in stimulating learning environment by international and national trainers. Courses are carefully designed with practical fieldwork to make it applicable to local contexts. Depending on regional demand characteristics, training courses will be offered in one or more of the fresh Academy’s locations:

The region around Hanoi (Red river delta);
The center and central highlands (in particular Lam Dong Province);
The southwest of Vietnam (HCMC region);
The south (Mekong delta, including the flower industry in Dong Thap Province)

We offer tailor made trainings which are deisnged for the specific needs of your organization in sectors including : Aquaculture, livestock, fruits& nuts, horticulture, agriculture and flowers.
