Will I receive a certificate for attending a training course?
After successful completion of a training course you will receive a certificate of attendance from Fresh Academy.
Where are the locations of FA training sessions?
Depending on the topics, a training course can be held in one or two locations among the 4 training locations of Fresh Academy: Hanoi, Da Lat, HCMC or the Mekong delta (Vinh Long or Dong Thap)

How do I make the payment?
Bank transfer is the Preferred payment method for Fresh Academy. Payment should be made latest 3 days before the training course. The hard copy of the VAT invoice will be posted to participants after the course.
How can I cancel or re-schedule for a course?
Please contact the course administrator on the website for instruction on cancelation or re-schedule. An administration fee may be deducted in case of cancelation.
Does the course support to find accommodation during the training?
Unfortunately, Fresh Academy cannot support the trainees to find accommodation. However, there are a lot of hotels are available within the vicinity of the training course venues.
Are food and drinks provided during the training?
The tuition fees do not include food. However, lunch can be obtained near each training venue while drink is normally available during class time.
Do I need to make deposit to secure a place in the training course?
A deposit of 50% of tuition fee is required for each course.
Where can I find information about the course lecturer?
If available: Information about the course lecturer can be found on the page of each training module.
Do I have to prepare in advance for the course?
Depending on the level of each training course, basic or specific knowledge about the topic is required to optimize learning efficiency.
Can I get materials used for the course?
Yes, trainees of Fresh Academy courses can get all training materials in soft or hard copies.
How many people would normally attend each course?
For a basic training course level, a maximum number of 25 attendees is desired whilst for an advanced course the number of attendees is not more than 15.
In which language are the training courses held?
Fresh Academy training courses can be held either in Vietnamese or English. For a basic course, Vietnamese language is often used while the advanced courses are normally held in English with a good command of English is required.
How do I register for a training?
Please first register online by filling the form. Registration is completed when 50% payment is made latest 3 days before the training starts.Q. Your registration is only complete with this written confirmation.
